We are enrolling our practice with all of our local insurances, and we have completed this process with most. We will let you know our status with your insurance when we call to schedule you. Since we are a new practice, we may not yet be listed on your insurance directory but expect to be added in the near future.
If you’ve already submitted your information and release of information to our office, we will be reaching out to you shortly. Appointments will be prioritized based on medical necessity then by time since your inquiry was received. We appreciate your patience.
Once we have obtained the necessary approvals from your insurance, we will call you to schedule your procedure. Please note this can take up to 4 weeks.
Until you are established with the new practice, our providers are unable to provide care, refills, order referrals, etc.
Decisions regarding treatment, including medications, are made individually for each patient after we perform a thorough evaluation. You should arrange for your current provider to continue prescribing medications.
